The steps below were performed through the Watch app on an iPhone 7 Plus, in iOS 10.1. The watch being modified is an Apple Watch 2, using the Watch OS 3.1 operating system.
Note that you can also perform these steps directly on the watch with the steps above, which are Crown button > Settings > Accessibility > Reduce Motion.
