Your Apple Watch has many apps that you can use to keep you on schedule and manage your activity.
One of the apps that can help with this is the Alarms app.
This application provides you with tools to create and manage alarms that will go off at the time and day that you specify in the app
Much like the Alarm feature in the Clock app on your iPhone, this can be a really handy tool if you are no longer using a traditional, stand-alone alarm clock.
If you haven’t tried out the alarm feature on your watch, then continue reading below to learn more about it and set an alarm on the device.

More Information About Watch Alarms
The alarms that you see when you open the Alarms app on your watch are separate from the alarms that you see on your iPhone.
This means that adding a new alarm on your Apple Watch or your iPhone won’t affect the other device.
Additionally, alarms that you create on the watch can’t be customized in the same way that the alarms on your phone can. For example, you can’t set a song as the alarm sound on the watch or select a custom sound for the Apple Watch alarm at all.
If there’s an alarm on your Apple Watch that you would like to edit or remove, then you can open the Alarms app, select the alarm, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the Delete button.
If you want to change the time, days on which the alarm goes off, the label for the alarm, or whether or not it has a snooze option, then you can also modify those settings from this screen.
Note that the Apple Watch Alarms app also has a Sleep | Wake Up alarm at the top of the screen, but you won’t be able to modify it from this menu. You will need to open the Sleep app on the Apple watch and make adjustments there.
