The update to the Xbox 360 Dashboard in December 2011 added a “Cloud Storage” feature that allows you to add saved game files to the cloud, then access that file from multiple Xbox 360s.
This feature is ideal for individuals that want to play the same game on multiple consoles without having to physically move a console.
Once you have installed the mandatory Dashboard update, you can simply enable this feature from the “Settings” menu.
How to Turn on Xbox 360 Cloud Storage
Step 1 – Turn on your Xbox 360.
Step 2 – Scroll to the “Settings” option in the menu at the top of the screen.
Step 3 – Navigate to “System,” then press the “A” button to select it.
Step 4 – Scroll to “Storage,” then press “A” to select it.
Step 5 – Scroll to “Cloud Saved Games,” then press “A” to select it.
Step 6 – Highlight “Enable Cloud Saved Games,” then press “A” to select it.
Conclusion
Once the Xbox 360 cloud storage is activated, you can start storing your save games in the cloud.
Note that your system does need to be connected to the Internet to be able to use these saves, so it’s always a good idea to make sure that you have a good Internet service provider.
