The movie or TV show episodes that you download to your iPhone from iTunes provide a good way to watch video content on your device when you either don’t want to stream them, or are unable to do so. Unfortunately, a side effect of putting the actual video files on your iPhone is that they can take up a lot of storage space. Some HD movie files can be multiple GB in size and, depending on the amount of storage space on your iPhone, that could be a fairly significant amount of room.
Luckily you are able to delete the movies or TV show episodes from your iPhone 7 to gain that storage space back so that it can be used for other items. This method of deleting files, when combined with learning how to delete apps on an iPhone 7, are a great way to stay on top of the storage usage on your device. Our guide below will show you how to delete a video file from the TV app on your device.
