  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Click Home, then New Email.
  3. Create the email then click File.
  4. Click Save As.
  5. Select Save as type and choose Outlook Template.
  6. Enter a name, then click Save.

The steps below are going to show you how to save an email as a template in Outlook 2013.

Step 1: Open Outlook 2013.

Step 2: Click the Home tab at the top of the window, then click the New Email button at the left side of the ribbon.

Step 3: Enter all of the information that you want to include in the template, then click the File tab.

You can then create a new email from the template by clicking New Items, clicking More Items, then clicking Choose Form.
