It’s not uncommon for multiple people in the same household to each have their own Amazon account and, if you purchase a lot of digital media with your Amazon account, then your movies, TV shows and music might be split across more than one account.

Fortunately the Amazon channel on your Roku 3 allows you to easily sign out of the Amazon account that is currently active on the device so that you can sign into a different one.

Alternate Method for Signing out of an Amazon Account on a Roku
Depending on the version of the Roku software or the Amazon app on your device, this may not work.
One other option you might consider is highlighting the Amazon app from the Roku home screen, then pressing the asterisk button.
This should bring up another menu where you can sign out of your Amazon account.
If you don’t see a sign out option or a switch account option, then you might need to delete the Amazon channel and reinstall it. This will clear the cache and you will be able to sign in with a different account.
