How to Set a Different Signature for Different Email Accounts on the iPhone

Email signatures provide an effective way for you to always make sure that an important piece of information is always included on emails that you write. Whether you include a phone number, address or Twitter handle, having it in your signature means that you won’t have to worry about forgetting it.

But if you have multiple email accounts on your iPhone, such as a work email and a personal email, then a signature that is useful for one of those accounts might not be relevant to the other. Fortunately you can set up the email accounts on your iPhone so that different individual accounts are using different signatures.

Note that these steps will only work for email accounts that you have set up in the Mail account on your device.
