The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 14 Plus in the iOS 16.6 operating system.
You can use these same steps in most other versions of iOS, as well as many other iPhone models, including the following:
- iPhone 14
- iPhone 14 Pro
- iPhone 14 Pro Max
Step 1: Find the Settings app icon on your Home screen and tap it to open the menu.
Step 2: Scroll down and choose the Mail option.
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom of this screen and tap the Signature option.
Note that it should display the current email signature next to it.
Step 4: Tap inside the signature field, then press the Backspace key on the keyboard to delete the existing signature.
You can either add more information to have the signature content that you want, or you can leave it blank if you don’t want a signature at all.
