The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 14 Plus in the iOS 16.6 operating system.
These steps work on many other modern versions of iOS, as well as many other iPhone models, including the following:
- iPhone 14
- iPhone 14 Pro
- iPhone 14 Pro Max
Step 1: Find the Settings app icon on your Home screen and select it.
Step 2: Scroll down and choose the Accessibility option.
Step 3: Select Touch from this menu.
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom of this screen and select Back Tap.
Step 5: Tap the option that is currently enabled.
It might be either Double Tap or Tripe Tap, depending on which option was previously configured.
Step 6: Choose None from the list of options.
