Here is how to change the order of slides in a Powerpoint 2013 presentation –

  1. Open the presentation in Powerpoint 2013.
  2. Locate the slide that you wish to move in the column of slides at the left side of the window.
  3. Click on that slide and hold down the mouse button, then drag it it to the preferred location in the slideshow. You can release the mouse button once the slide is in the correct location.

Step 2: Locate the column of slides at the left side of the window, then find the slide that you wish to move to a different position in the slideshow. You will note that the current slide number is shown to the left of the slide.
