How to View Your Header in Excel 2010

Spreadsheets that you print in Excel often look similar to one another, making it important to include some kind of identifying information on the printed page.

Headers are a great way to add this data to your spreadsheet, as it doesn’t require you to do any tricky cell merging, potentially affecting the layout of the rest of your document.

But if you’ve recently added a header and want to see what it looks like, or if it is an old spreadsheet and you aren’t certain what the header looks like, then you probably want a way to view it so that you can change it if necessary.

So continue reading below to learn how to view your header in Excel 2010.

If you need to move files around between multiple computers, then you need a USB flash drive or a portable external hard drive. Both of these items are very affordable, and can help you out in a lot of situations, including making easy backups of important files. Check out a 32 GB flash drive here and a 1 TB portable hard drive here.

Now that you have seen what your header looks like, you can return to the normal view in Excel 2010 to restore Excel to how it previously looked.
