How to Set a 50 Percent Print Scale in Excel 2013

Setting an Excel 2013 Spreadsheet to Print at 50 Percent

Here is how to set the print scale to 50% in Excel 2013 –

  1. Open the spreadsheet in Excel 2013.
  2. Click the Page Layout tab at the top of the window.
  3. Click the small Page Setup button at the bottom-right corner of the Page Setup section of the ribbon.
  4. Click inside the field to the right of Adjust to, delete the current value, then type in 50.
  5. Click the OK button to save your changes.
