If you wish to print a presentation at a lower quality, then you can do so by clicking the Full Page Slides button under Settings on the Print menu, then clicking the High Quality option to turn it off.

  1. Open Powerpoint 2013.
  2. Click the File tab at the top-left corner of the window.
  3. Click Options at the bottom of the left column.
  4. Click the Advanced tab in the left column of the Powerpoint Options window.
  5. Scroll down to the Print section, check the box to the left of High quality, then click the OK button at the bottom of the window to apply your changes and close the window.
