How to Remove a Header Image in Excel 2010

Some organizations like to add watermark images to their Excel files, either as a means to identify the source of the file or to add a sense of branding.

One common method used to include these images is to place them in the header. An image that has been added to the header will appear on each page of the spreadsheet automatically.

If you find the header image to be distracting or problematic, however, then you may be looking for a way to remove it. Fortunately, this can be done by editing the header section of the worksheet.

Our tutorial below will show you how you can edit this section, plus identify the information in the header that must be deleted to remove the header image.
